BOSTON, Mass. — July 7, 2026 — Sendal Inc., a provider of software services for healthy homes, today announced Sendal Aware, a proactive monitoring service for HVAC and home service companies.

Aware gives contractors visibility into conditions that may signal problems, including HVAC systems that are not responding as expected, excessive heat or humidity, mold risk, freezing-pipe risk, power outages, indoor air quality concerns, and water accumulation in an HVAC drain pan before system shutdown.

When an issue is identified, Aware alerts the servicing contractor and, when appropriate, the homeowner. Contractors can respond earlier, improve the customer experience, and create service opportunities based on actual conditions.
