This SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Agreement") governs participation in the Sendal Alerts & Notifications messaging program provided by Sendal, Inc. ("Sendal," "we," "our," or "us").
By opting into SMS communications from Sendal, you consent to receive recurring text messages related to your use of Sendal products and services, including Sendal Breathe™, Sendal Aware™, customer support communications, account notifications, service updates, alerts, maintenance reminders, appointment scheduling, and promotional communications where permitted.

Program Description
Sendal Alerts & Notifications provides subscribers with text message communications regarding:
• Account notifications
• Service updates
• Indoor air quality alerts
• Water leak and property alerts
• HVAC and environmental monitoring updates
• Maintenance reminders
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Customer support communications
• Promotional and marketing messages (where permitted)Messages may be triggered by system events, service activity, customer requests, or account preferences.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity, connected services, system events, user preferences, and service interactions. Subscribers may receive recurring messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS communications.
After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from Sendal unless you subsequently opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Notification Disclaimer
SMS, push notifications, email notifications, and voice alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Sendal does not guarantee message delivery, timing, accuracy, completeness, or receipt.
Users must not rely on Sendal communications as their sole means of monitoring property conditions, indoor air quality conditions, water events, HVAC performance, environmental conditions, safety events, or emergencies.
Sendal is not an emergency monitoring service and does not provide dispatch, first responder, security monitoring, fire monitoring, medical monitoring, or life-safety services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the messaging program.
Changes
Sendal reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the messaging program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
SMS PRIVACY POLICY

Such providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services on behalf of Sendal.
